Coaching Service Agreement By purchasing this coaching service, you agree to the following terms: 1. Nature of Coaching Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support personal growth, mindset shifts, and life transformation. It is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional advice in legal, financial, or medical matters. 2. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except as required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others, abuse, or court order). 3. Session Guidelines • Sessions will begin and end on time. • Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. • Rescheduling is subject to availability. 4. Payments and Refunds • Payment is due in full at the time of booking. • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a session has been purchased. • If technical or scheduling issues arise on the coach’s side, the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost. 5. Client Responsibility • You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. • Coaching does not guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on your commitment, follow-through, and application of what is discussed. 6. Liability Waiver By participating in coaching, you release the coach from any claims related to decisions or actions taken during or after the coaching relationship.
