Service Agreement – ALIGN to Rise™ Mastermind

 
 

This Agreement is entered into between Jennifer M. Craft / Untangled Thoughts Network (“Coach/Company”) and the Client (“You”).

 
 

1. Program Description

 
 

You are purchasing access to the ALIGN to Rise™ Mastermind, a 10-week transformational program that includes video lessons, workbook materials, and community support. The program is designed to support personal development, but results are dependent on your participation and effort.

 
 

2. Payment & Refund Policy

 

• You agree to pay the full program fee as listed at checkout, either in full or through an approved payment plan.

 

• Payments must be completed on time. Missed or failed payments may result in suspension of access.

 

• Due to the digital nature of the program, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access is granted.

 
 

3. Client Responsibilities

 

• You agree to engage fully in the program, complete assignments, and take personal responsibility for your results.

 

• You acknowledge that the program does not replace medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.

 
 

4. Intellectual Property

 

• All content, including videos, workbooks, and materials, remain the sole property of Untangled Thoughts Network.

 

• You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed.

 
 

5. Confidentiality

 

• Any personal information shared within the program community will be treated with confidentiality.

 

• You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose their experiences outside the group.

 
 

6. Disclaimer

 

• Coaching is not therapy. The Coach is not a licensed mental health provider, medical professional, or attorney.

 

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

 
 

7. Limitation of Liability

 
 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Coach/Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program.

 
 

8. Governing Law

 
 

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

 
 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
